Colloidal Silver Uses

When colloidal silver is under consideration than the chemistry definition is being used which says a system that has very fine division of silver particles dispersed in a de-ionized continuous medium i.e. water in such a way that these particles neither can be filtered out of the body or settle up. Other definitions are also present about the colloid but these definitions in terms of physiological or pathological aspects are unrelated and different from the chemical terms. Colloidal silver products present in the market can be compared for effectiveness by finding out how much smaller the silver particle size is. The reason is that smaller the particle size and bigger their number, the surface area becomes much greater and the silver particles can come in contact with the single cell-organisms more easily. This is almost equal to 2.817 acres. You see that a single coin has a very small surface area whereas the same coin divided into small particles and distributed evenly has a very large surface.

Colloidal silver has the same effect on all types of bacteria because it cannot distinguish between the good and bad bacteria. It’s likely to kill any single cell organism. So we recommend that if anyone uses colloidal silver supplement for extended periods and take a little more than the serving suggested by experts, he should also take acidophilus supplement or take live culture yogurt after an hour of taking the colloidal silver. The digestive system will be re-supplied with good bacteria that are necessary for optimal digestion.
